He made his debut in the first team of “Renna” on January 17, 2004 in the match of League 1 against “Sochaux” [1]. On February 4, 2006, the midfielder scored the only goal during his appearances at Rennes (at the gate of Guillaume Varma from Monaco) [2]. In the “Renna” Mwuemba played 3 and a half seasons. In January 2007, the midfielder was leased to the English Premier League club Portsmouth.
Mwuemba first played for the new team on February 25, 2007 in a match with Blackburn Rovers [3]. On April 9 of that year, the midfielder scored a goal against Watford with a pass from Gary O'Neill. [4] At the end of the season, Portsmouth bought the player’s transfer. Arnold Mvuemba played for the English team for another 2 seasons and in 2008, as part of the club, became the owner of the national cup. In the 2008/09 season, the player participated in the UEFA Cup, played 4 matches in the tournament and scored a goal against Wolfsburg on December 4, 2008. At the end of the season, the midfielder returned to the French championship (to the Lorient club).

Arnold Mvuemba played for Lorient before moving to Lyon Olympic in September 2012 and played 123 matches for the team in various tournaments, scoring 10 goals.
For Lyon, the midfielder made his debut on September 16, 2012 in the match with Ajaccio [7]. Arnold Mvuemba scored the first goal for the team on February 24, 2013 against the goal of his former teammate Fabien Odar from Lorient. [8]. In the national team, Arnold Mvuemba played for France’s youth teams under 17 and under 18. In 2005-2006, the midfielder spent 4 matches for the youth team. For the first team of France did not play; played 1 match for the DR Congo national team in 2005.
