Mann, Ivanov and Ferber - Moscow business literature publishing house, started its activity in 2005. Founders: Igor Mann, Mikhail Ivanov and Mikhail Ferber.
The publishing house specializes in publishing books on marketing and management, time management, addressed to business owners, managers, consultants, students and students of the MBA program. In addition, the directions of books on sports, psychology and cooking are developing.

History
To In 2007, 12 titles of books on marketing and management were published annually (main series). In 2007, with the purchase by the publishing house of the rights to a series of books at the Stockholm School of Economics, the number of publications increased to 18 per year [1].
From 2006 to 2008, the publishing house produced, in addition to traditional, audio literature.
In 2008 Publishing House was the first business literature publisher to start selling books electronically [2].
In October 2008, Exmo Publishing House completed a deal to acquire 25% of Mann, Ivanov and Ferber Publishing House (estimated transaction value is 1 million $) [3].
From 2009 to 2011, the release of books gradually grew, by the end of 2011 amounted to 60 new items a year. Since 2010, the range includes sports books: swimming, running, cycling (including mountain biking), triathlon. Since 2013, a publishing line for children’s developmental literature has appeared in the publishing house.
At the end of 2011, in exchange for a controlling stake in the publishing house Mann, Ivanov and Ferber, given to the publisher Exmo, the portfolio and brand were transferred to Mann, Ivanov and Ferber Alpina Business Books, as well as a portfolio of business literature by Eksmo Publishing House. In the same year, one of the founders, Mikhail Ferber, left the shareholders. The number of new products by the end of the year exceeded 200.
As of the end of 2013, Eksmo, as the controlling shareholder, owned 56.1% of Mann, Ivanov and Ferber Publishing House [4] [5].
At the beginning of 2014 the founder and general director of the publishing house, Mikhail Ivanov, left the company and sold his 20% stake to Eksmo publishing house, which, as a result of the purchase, became a controlling shareholder with a 84% stake. [6].
Among the authors of the publishing house: Jack Welch, Tom Peters, Jim Collins, Philip Kotler, Adrian Slivotsky, David Meister, Michael Hammer, Barbara Minto, Nassim Taleb, Igor Mann, Gleb Arkhangelsky, Alexander Levitas, Tigran Harutyunyan, Radislav Gandapas, Yana Frank, Richard Rumelt, Damir Khalilov [7], Nikolai Mrochkovsky.
Distinctive features of the product - cover design was ordered from Artemy Lebedev Studio until the fall of 2008, each book of the main “white” series is numbered in accordance with the order of exit to light.
