Koca Abdi Pasha

Koca Abdi Pasha, Ottoman statesman.
The son of Pasazade Ali Pasha. In 1774, he became the governor of Anatolia. In 1776, upon the complaints of the people of Kütahya, he was transferred to Diyarbekir Governor's Office and the Aydın governor Hazinedar Ali Pasha was appointed as the governor of Anatolia. [1] In 1781 he was re-appointed as governor to Anatolia and left in November 1783. In the second governorship, Germiyanzâde Hacı Yusuf Ağa was appointed as the governor.


He used to deal with Hüsn-ü hat. A tuğra built by him is hidden in Kütahyalı Yarımzâde Ahmet Bey. It has a mansion in Balıklı Quarter of Kütahya. [2] He was known for his cruel and cruel personality. [3]
