Frances Cress Welsing

Frances Cress Welsing (March 18, 1935-d. January 2, 2016), American female Africanist, psychiatrist. He was born on March 18, 1935 in Chicago, Illinois. Welsing's The Isis Papers, written in 1991 on the subject of genetic mutation and African children, made a sound.
Welsing died of blood clotting on January 2, 2016. [1] [1] [1] [2]
