Beveren rabbit

The Beveren rabbit is a rabbit species first raised in Beveren, Belgium in 1890. There are two types, large and small. When first grown, the color is blue. In 1919, the black ones were grown with different hybridization studies. Again, white variety was obtained by hybridization studies. It is grown mainly for fur. Its length varies between 2.5 and 5 cm

The head of female rabbits is taller than males. The ear length is 12-13 cm. Eye color is brown. While the front legs are not well developed, short and skinny, the hind legs are long and muscular. Fur is often bright looking.
